Hi-Torque Dentalmechanics is fully equipped with the required test equipment to carry out your validation testing requirements, in accordance with current Australian Standards AS5369:2023 and industry guidelines.
We will determine your equipment operates as per manufacturer specifications and also verify that the sterilisation process is effective and can be achieved repeatedly.
Our specialised test equipment monitors and records physical parameters (temperature, pressure etc), whilst the use of biological indicators monitor the microbiological aspect to confirm the sterility assurance level (SAL) of 10^6 is achieved.
