We provide support for W&H, NSK, KaVo & MK-dent dental handpieces and equipment. We are also able to assist clinics that use Aqualife water treatment (RO) units.  If you have equipment from brands other than those listed, contact us and we will be more than happy to provide alternative solutions or advice.

Simply complete our online Handpiece Repair Request Form.
We will then organise the collection of your item via our courier service (we utilise the services of Network Couriers).

Alternatively, you can post your items to our address listed on our contact page.

*Please ensure your items are packaged suitably for transport/postage.

We aim for a 48-72 hour turnaround time for handpiece repairs, however this may vary and is subject to acceptance of repair quotations and component stock.

However, our team will keep you informed on the progress of your repair and will advise of any delays due to back-order stock, freight etc.

Yes.  As part of our service, we're able to offer customers the use of a loan unit should issues be unable to be rectified on-site.  Loan units will be subject to an applicable hire fee.

Yes, we are able to provide your clinic with a range of consumable items for W&H, NSK and MK-dent equipment, such as door seals, filters, o-rings, handpiece oil etc.
